Do you ship Internationally? - Yes we ship Internationally to 50+ countries, please click here for more information regarding shipping.
All import duties and taxes are liable upon the importer. We take no responsibility for taxes/duties upon importing.
How can I pay? - We accept all credit and debit cards including Amex. International cards are accepted.
Do I have to set up an account to order? - No you do not need to set up an account to order.
Do you have sales/discounts - Yes! We have sales regularly, sign up to our newsletter for updates.
Do you accept returns - Yes we do accept returns and exchanges, please see our returns policy for more information.
Can I cancel my order - Yes you can cancel your order prior to dispatch for a full refund. However if your order has been dispatched you will have to return it to us for a full refund.
Why hasn't my order been dispatched yet? - We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however during busier periods this may take slightly longer. If your order hasn't been dispatched within 72 hours after purchase (excl holidays & weekends) please contact us.
