Do you ship Internationally? - Yes we ship Internationally to 200+ countries, please click here for more information regarding shipping. 

All import duties and taxes are liable upon the importer. We take no responsibility for taxes/duties upon importing.

How can I pay? - We accept all credit and debit cards including Amex. International cards are accepted.

Do I have to set up an account to order? - No you do not need to set up an account to order however we advise you do so you can track your purchase and stay up to date!

Do you have sales/discounts - Yes! We have sales regularly, sign up to our newsletter for updated.

Do you accept returns - Yes we do accept returns and exchanges, please see our returns policy for more information.

Can I cancel my order - Yes you can cancel your order prior to dispatch for a full refund. However if your order has been dispatched you will have to return it to us for a full refund.

Why hasn't my order been dispatched yet? - We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however during busier periods this may take slightly longer. If your order hasn't been dispatched within 48 hours after purchase (excl holidays & weekends) please contact us.
